Rotary Gas Meters: Precision Measurement
The robust design of the casing and the cartridge make the meter less sensitive to installation stresses caused by the connecting piping. A significant amount of misalignment of the connecting piping/flanges can be tolerated by the meter without affecting the meter performance by jamming the impellers.
Turbine Gas Meters: Efficient Flow
All our turbinemeters comply with international standards and are approved for custody transfer, even with the shortest possible installation length. ( FMT-S/ FMT-Sw).
The actual flow sensor, an exchangeable cartridge, features a built-in multi-stage flow conditioner, allowing the meter to be installed with minimal straight inlet and outlet sections.This design has been thoroughly tested and proven according to perturbation tests in line with international standards. The cartridge can be pre-calibrated under both low and high-pressure conditions and replaced on-site.Supported by O-rings and isolated from the body, the cartridge remains unaffected by any external influences from the housing.
Ultrasonic Gas Meters: Advanced Technology
Transus UIM Series ultrasonic flow meters are available in single, dual three path, four path and customized configurations, each intended for different applications.
The UIM-4F four path flow meter has been tested to meet international standards for custody transfer metering including AGA-9, MID and OIML R137 (class 0.5).
